How much does a website cost at miraTEQ?
The Business plan starts from 2,500 ฿/month (cancel anytime) or 24,900 ฿/year (approx. 2,075 ฿/month, 2 months free). Included: design, copy, hosting, SSL, domain (1st year free), PDPA compliance, basic SEO, email mailboxes and personal support. Optional add-ons such as booking system, online shop or logo design are available as one-time additions.
What's included in the plan?
Domain (1st year free, then approx. 460 ฿/year), reliable hosting with SSL certificate, PDPA-compliant privacy policy and cookie banner, basic SEO, email mailboxes, content updates on request (texts, prices, photos, opening hours) and personal support via LINE, WhatsApp or video call.
Do I need to provide copy or images myself?
No. We handle everything: we write the copy, select suitable images and create the design. If you have your own content, we're happy to use it.
How long until my website is live?
Within 3 working days you receive a first complete draft. After your feedback and final adjustments, the website is typically live within 1-2 weeks.
Can I cancel anytime? What happens to my website?
Yes, anytime. No notice periods, no fees. On cancellation your website is deactivated and temporarily unavailable. Nothing is deleted: all content, design and copy is fully preserved. Reactivation is possible at any time: simply restart the package and the website is immediately live again.
What makes miraTEQ different from a local web agency?

Do you offer Thai-language support?
Yes. Our team speaks fluent Thai and works directly with our Thai-speaking clients. We're available in German, English and Thai.
I already have Facebook and LINE OA. Do I still need a website?
Yes, for two key reasons. First: Google does not index Facebook or LINE OA. When a new customer searches "Thai massage Chiang Mai", websites appear in results, not Facebook pages. Second: Facebook organic reach is 1-3%. People who already liked your page rarely see your posts without paid ads. LINE OA is excellent for existing customers. A website brings new customers from Google. All three work best together, not as replacements for each other. To rank as high as possible, our Local SEO and Google Business service handles the rest.
Why pay monthly or annually, not a one-time fee?
A one-time payment only covers the build. Your website still needs hosting, SSL, domain, backups and personal support every single month. These costs add up fast. Our annual plan bundles everything: hosting, SSL, domain (1st year free), content updates on request and direct support, at a comparable total investment to a one-time local build, but with no surprise invoices and no maintenance you need to remember. Can my website be in Thai language?
Yes. We build websites in Thai, English and German, or any combination. If your primary customers are Thai, we recommend a Thai website. If you want to reach international customers too, we can add a second language as an optional extra (+5,650 ฿). All Thai content is written by our Thai-speaking team member, not translated by software.
