Common questions
How fast can we go live?
Usually 3–5 business days. We set up the system, upload your menu with photos, print and ship the QR table stickers. Stick them on the tables and go.
Do we need to buy tablets or hardware?
No. Guests use their own phones to scan the QR. The kitchen display runs on any old tablet or computer you already have. Zero hardware investment.
How does PromptPay work?
When the guest taps pay, your restaurant's PromptPay QR shows in their browser. They open their banking app, scan, pay. Money flows straight to your account — no middleman, no commission.
Can we still take cash?
Yes. Guests can choose 'pay at counter'. The system sends the order to the kitchen with a 'pay at counter' note. Staff collect when the guest comes to pay.
What if the internet goes down?
The kitchen display buffers orders offline. Guests can use their phone's 4G/5G to scan and order as normal. The system re-syncs automatically once internet returns.
Can we change the menu often?
Yes. The admin panel works on your phone. Add, remove, change prices, run today's specials — it all goes live immediately. No need to wait for us.
